Quad Cities Polo Club Charity Event

After a week’s vacation in Boston, which I will blog about later, I am home and back in the swing of things. So tomorrow if you’re out and about stop by and check out some polo… yes, polo in the Quad Cities!!!

The Quad Cities Polo Club is holding its annual charity event for the Children’s Therapy Center of the Quad Cities. And if you’ve never seen polo up close, this is the perfect opportunity to see a unique sport that’s been around FOREVER- at least since 6 B.C. And on top of that, there’s some great food, match demonstrations, kids games and a ladies fancy hat contest that is part of the fun.

Here’s the info you need to know:

Boeh Family Farm
4150 Forest Grove Road,
Bettendorf, Iowa 52722

Gates open at 2 PM
Polo Match begins at 5 PM

Tickets are $5 for General Admission

I’m excited to be shooting this event for the second year, especially since part of the proceeds from photos go back to the Children’s Therapy Center. So come on out, enjoy yourselves and stop by and say “hi” tomorrow.
