Celebrating Life’s Major Milestones with the River Bandits

When I first learned about the Quad City River Bandits doing a Circle of Life promotion, one of the first things I thought was way incredible was they were giving away a funeral. Which is really generous considering a funeral can cost more than $7,000 – according to the National Funeral Directors Association.

But that aside, the baseball team has been doing a ton of specials this season, and the Circle of Life is one of the most unique ones. That’s where I come in. This weekend, the River Bandits are giving away an awesome Maternity-Newborn package, which includes free maternity and newborn sessions for one lucky expecting mom. They are also giving away a wedding to a lucky couple – who I’m very excited to meet – and I’ll be doing the photography for them at one of the games later this summer.
